The Nickel Allergy Diet
~Foods low in Nickel~
Severely allergic individuals who are following No Nickel Simplified Low Nickel Diet will be pleased on the alternate version I have come up with. The Dietary intake will help you minimize dermatitis.
Before using this diet, contact a dermatologist or allergist specializing in contact dermatitis and nickel to see if you can add these foods in your typical diet. I am not a professional or a dermatologist. I am just a blogger figuring it out like you are.

Simplified Low Nickel Diet

Grains

Grits, Rice Krispies Cereal, White Rice(*have since removed it), Shirataki Noodle (from konjac root)

Vegetables

Allowed

Artichoke, Arugula *(on and off relationship), Bok choy, Celery, Collard greens, Eggplant, Kale *(have since removed it)Lettuce *(there have been debates about this, I don’t eat lettuce to say if it gives me a reaction), Olives
Parsley, Peppers (Green pepper, Red pepper (bell pepper, pimento), Chili pepper, (Capsicum), Jalapeno, Habanero, Paprika, 

Tabasco pepper, Cayenne pepper), Potatoes*(might remove it after further investigation, … we broke up) , Radish (Rutabaga, Wasabi, Horseradish, White Radish), Squashes (Acorn squash, Butternut squash, Banana squash, Zucchini, Cucumber, Delicata, Gem squash, Hubbard squash, Squash, Patty pans, Pumpkin, Spaghetti squash), Sweet potato, Taro, Yam, Tapioca
